what does this course cover
The Asbestos Awareness course will inform attendees of the properties and risks of asbestos exposure. It is split into four modules so that candidates can understand the different types of asbestos and how to avoid the risks and asbestos legislation.

The Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR) 2012 applies to all employers, employees, self-employed persons and duty holders covering all work with asbestos-containing materials.
The regulations state that every employer must give accurate information and training to employees liable to asbestos exposure.
