Can you deliver training at our offices/site?

Yes, we deliver courses every day at customers sites as well as at our training centres across the UK. If the course does not have a vital practical element there is also the opportunity to do the course online or in a virtual classroom.

Do you do training nationwide?

Yes, we can deliver training courses anywhere onsite in the UK and we have over 40 training centres, stretching across every region.

Can you do training online?

Yes, courses that are largely theory-based can be completed online, see our online course library.

Why do I need to do Health and Safety Training?

Providing your staff with the correct Health and Safety Training protects your employees, helps comply with legal requirements, reduces workplace accidents, promotes well-being and improves your companies reputation.

I cannot find the course I need on your website, what should I do?

Call of our Sales Team on 01422 358 184, there are dozens of courses and accreditations that we cover that are not on the website. If it is not something we cover we can always point you in the right direction.

Will I get a certificate at the end of the course?

Yes, you will receive a certificate instantly for e-learning, other courses normally take roughly 2 weeks depending on the accreditation.

I need proof that I have completed my course, what can you provide?

At the end of each course, we can provide a pass letter this will confirm to your employers that you have completed the course.

Are your courses accredited?

We have multiple accreditations including IPAF, PASMA, CITB, IOSH, NPORS and Qualsafe as well as being UKATA registered. All of our off the shelf Health and Safety courses are also CPD approved, so you can be assured you are getting the highest quality training.

What is the difference between e-learning and virtual classroom?

Virtual classroom courses are led live by an instructor over Teams or Zoom, while e-learning courses can be done any time online using prerecorded videos, text and infographics.

Do you offer customised courses?

Yes, courses can be made bespoke to suit your needs. We utilise our subject matter experts to tailor a course that suits your exacts requirements, adding photos, videos and new interactive content that is specific to your company.
