The IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) Managing Safely course is one of the most popular accredited health and safety qualifications for those in a position of responsibility. Delivered across the UK either at a training centre or at your premises by a highly skilled IOSH instructor.
This course is aimed at Managers or anyone in a position of responsibility this includes but is not limited to team leaders, supervisors and executives. This course is not industry-specific and provides an excellent opportunity to gain an internationally recognised certificate in Health & Safety. This also counts towards an employer’s obligation to provide adequate health and safety training that helps to minimise hazards and risks employees may face.
This course is made up of 7 thought-provoking modules covering real-world scenarios and summaries used to reinforce key learning points alongside engaging facts and case studies from around the world. To pass this course delegates are required to complete two assessments, there is a multiple-choice knowledge-based exam and a practical risk assessment where you will be asked to spot hazards and recommend how to control or remove them.
