This harness awareness course will provide delegates with the knowledge to select, monitor, manage and plan the correct use of harnesses and lanyards for use in a MEWP.

Please be aware that this is not the user course, if you are using a harness you will need to initially complete this course before moving onto the harness user course.

The course is aimed at both the delegate using the harness and the person supervising the use of harnesses.

If you are carrying out this course face-to-face please ensure you have standard PPE: Hardhat, hi-vis vest or jacket and a harness and restraint lanyard.
